Stress Relief Audios is a family run business dedicated to the production and distribution of audio and video files, CDs and DVDs to aid individuals and groups in their journey toward more fulfilling and harmonious lives through stress reduction. The nature of the Internet and the laws governing its use dictate that we declare and enforce the following Terms of Service for this web site. We regret any inconvenience this may cause. By using this site you agree to the following:
1. This site is to be used only by persons 18 years of age and older. Although this site is not an adult web site as such, products featured here, as well as discussions and related information, are not for use by minors. Although we have seen no evidence of adverse affects or increased risks associated with use by minors, our products have not been safety tested for minors and therefore DO NOT MEET THE STRINGENT USA LEGAL REQUIREMENTS FOR PRODUCTS INTENDED FOR USE BY MINORS.
2. CDs and DVDs may only be shipped to addresses within The United States of America. Files may be downloaded any where in the world provided you understand and agree that only the laws of the United States of America and the state of California are applicable (see #5 below)

STRESS RELIEF AUDIOS WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES FOR ANY INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES OR LOSSES WHICH OCCCUR IN CONNECTION WITH THE USE OF THIS SITE, OR ANY OF THE DATA, PRODUCTS OR OTHER MATERIALS TRANSMITTED THROUGH OR RESIDING ON STRESS RELIEF AUDIOS SERVER, REGARDLESS OF THE TYPE OF CLAIM OR THE NATURE OF THE CAUSE OF ACTION, EVEN IF STRESS RELIEF AUDIOS HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF DAMAGE OR LOSS. Furthermore, some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so this limitation and exclusion may not apply to you.

Sole and exclusive jurisdiction for any action or proceeding arising out of or related to these Terms of Service shall be an appropriate state or federal court located in Ukiah, California or the appropriate court located nearest Ukiah California. If for any reason a court of competent jurisdiction finds any provision of the Agreement, or portion thereof, to be unenforceable, that provision shall be enforced to the maximum extent permissible so as to effect the intent of the Agreement, and the remainder of these Terms of Service shall continue in full force and effect. You may not assign these Terms of Service or your rights or obligations hereunder without the prior written consent of Stress Relief Audios.
Do Not Drive or operate heavy equipment or engage in dangerous activities while listening to these audios.Many people experience marked drossiness when using these audios.
Consult Your Doctor before listening to these audios if you have had or are prone to having seizures .These audios contain powerful rhythms which may adversely affect susceptible persons.
Until you know how these audios will affect you, take the time to sit or lie down in a safe and comfortable place in case you dose off.
